How to get magic in Clover RPG
The first grimoire is a level-15 step, not a shop purchase. Community pages call the quest Arcane Whispers and send you to the Announcer at Wisdom Peak. The roll is one of the seven magics.

What I checked
I separated this page from the reroll page because the searches are different. “How to get magic” is the first book. “How to change magic” is a later spin. Fandom states level 15. The quest name Arcane Whispers and the Announcer step are written on cloverrpg.org and togame.io. I am labeling those two details as that pair of write-ups, not as a developer quest log I read line by line.
The level 15 path
Reach level 15. Follow Arcane Whispers. Go to Wisdom Peak and talk to the Announcer. The game rolls Light, Flame, Wind, Lightning, Shadow, Beast, or Time using the community odds.
If a video still says level 10, it is describing early access. cloverrpg.org says the release build moved the step to 15. Do not abandon the quest at 10 on a current character.
- This is not the Essence reroll.
- This is not the level-50 augment.
- This is not the level-70 Evo gate.

FAQ
What level do you get a grimoire?
Level 15 on current community pages. Level 10 is the early-access figure.
Where is the grimoire NPC?
Wisdom Peak, the Announcer, after Arcane Whispers. That NPC name is from secondary write-ups, not from a pasted quest script.
Can I choose the magic?
No selection method is documented. The first grimoire and subsequent rerolls are random; a reroll does not let you pick an element.
