What I checked
The two editorial tables are kept separate. Their underlying facts trace to Fandom, so agreement does not create independent mechanical evidence. The Keiito video ID, title, date and chapters were checked as metadata; this audit did not treat it as watched gameplay or a balance patch.
Two lists, two methods
cloverrpgwiki sorts by kit, passives, and rarity: S Time; A Lightning, Flame, Shadow, Light; B Wind, Beast. cloverrpg.org sorts by control, mobility, sustain, and median cooldown: S Wind, Beast; A Time, Light; B Shadow, Flame, Lightning.
Neither site is Thousandfold. Both trace data back to the Fandom magic pages. Use the odds table when the question is “how rare”, and use a list above when the question is “how the kit feels under that site’s rules”.

Only on the wiki list. The other list ranks Wind and Beast higher. Both are opinions on top of the same skill names.
How do I reroll a higher rank?
Reroll does not target a rank. It rolls the community odds. Time is listed at 1%.
