What I checked
Time odds match Bloxinformer's Magics page, read on 2026-10-27. The skill list and any passive costs below are attributed to the earlier Fandom research; Fandom returned HTTP 403 during this audit. Agreement on odds does not verify every skill name or cost. The verified showcase metadata includes a Time chapter at 6:32; it is not a second probability or passive-cost table.
Time skills
The single page says Time has no variants. The overview names Gilded, Monochrome, and Cosmic. I am not treating that trio as confirmed. KyleFG and Ruejix videos show the kit. They do not publish a new drop rate.
Variants are cosmetic. The overview and the single page do not always list the same variant names, so this page does not pretend the list is complete.

Passives and the rank argument
Prior Fandom research lists Chrono Surge, Temporal Overflow, and Timeflux, each at 4 points + 100 Marks (single-origin costs). Bloxinformer instead lists Rewind as the third passive. The conflict is unresolved.
Numeric passive costs are single-origin community records, not developer-confirmed prices. Missing or conflicting entries remain unresolved.
Whether this book is “good” depends on which tier list you open. The magic tier page keeps both orders. Rarity is not that rank.
How to obtain Time
Community guides describe a random first grimoire at level 15 and random rerolls afterward. No cited source offers a way to select Time directly. Keeping the current grimoire during a wipe keeps the same magic; a new roll requires declining to keep it and progressing again.
