Clover RPG weapon proficiency

Community research describes Light, Medium and Heavy proficiency tracks, class EXP from combat, and a normal cap of 3. Percival’s Recommendation is recorded for further progression. One prior source says choosing a track locks the others, while guides differ on that restriction; it is not independently settled.

What I checked

Prior Fandom Mastery research lists the costs and cap; its live recheck was blocked. Item Level describes a trainer challenge in Whispering Hills for 3 to 4, but that does not prove an exact Recommendation drop route. Fixed Marks prices and guaranteed cross-track locking are not established here.

What a level spends

The Mastery page lists 15 Insight, 2 stat points, and a Marks cost that the interface does not keep constant. Check the prompt on your character instead of a fixed Marks number from a guide.

Percival is the Blade Master in the Whispering Hills dojo, on the Kamo peak, at the weapon enhancer. The Bosses page also lists a Percival. Those may be the same name used two ways. The proficiency page does not turn that into a kill script.

Fight with the weapon class you want to raise.
Cap 3 is normal.
Prior Mastery research says Recommendation selects one class and locks the others; this restriction remains uncorroborated.
Maximum recorded in config: 10.

Why is my heavy weapon locked?
