What I checked
I stopped at the six names. Writing “Vitality is mushroom plus ore” would be a guess, and the same wiki says you learn recipes by experimenting or by being told, while the recipe book only shows what you already know. That is the system. It is not a recipe card. No matching Fandom recipe table was available in the prior research.
